Earlier tonight I was in a 5 man group heading off to kill the Baron. Everything went very smoothly, until we got to the stitches. I'll post the ticket I sent and the answer I received.

Issue Reported: "While killing the stitchings in Strat, Baron side, I was in a 5 man group. The stitches kept
coming in the gate several at a time which has never, never happened before. This was my
37th run and that has never happened. Then, when we would go back, they would all have
respawned when we could have killed 2 or 3 before we wiped. The instance is bugged, or set
up MUCH more difficult for a 5 man raid. Its wrong and shouldn't have happened. If anything,
they should NOT have respawned. "
The issue reported above is not considered to be "broken" and should be functioning normally. So, how many of you have encountered a situation like me? Do you agree it was bugged or agree with Blizzard that its "working as intended"? Has it changed in the last 2 days and we just weren't told? Thanks in advance for your input.

Several abominations at a time is part of the encounter and more of an aggro issue.
However, having the courtyard respawn after clearing and wiping on Rammstein in a short(1 min.) period used to be an issue that was patched.
If you wiped and made quick-time back and all the abominations had respawned, then perhaps this issue could be recurring. Might want to hit the bug report boards.
