On Monday, February 6th, we will be removing the character creation restrictions on the following realms. We have been monitoring population levels and queues on all realms and feel that character creation on these realms may recommence. Some realms still maintain a closure of character creation and we continue to monitor performance and population on these realms to determine a time when such restrictions can be removed in the future.
