Subject: Account e-mail changes and you
   Why?

Why do I have to call a phone number and be forced to wait on hold to do something as simple as changing the e-mail address associated with my account?

Why?

Honestly, why?

I can change my home address on a web form but not my e-mail address?

   Scenario:

-You accidentally/inadvertently download a keylogger.
-Hacker now has access to your account information via the website.
-Hacker changes all account information via website.
-You can no longer verify/match any of your personal information to the current account information with a Blizzard rep.
-You can no longer prove you own the account.

This is/was a real scenario. Changes were made to consider this possibility.
