We're very excited about the weather system too and are looking forward to the feedback we will receive once it is implemented with the 1.10 patch. To help us focus the feedback we are looking for, the initial weather system implementation is only going to be active in a few specific zones. We're using the initial implementation to help us test the technical aspects of the weather system, and to establish a feel for how it might affect game performance.
