NOTE: This post was deleted seconds after being made. Not sure why except maybe I had the word "petition" in the title. Anyway, here is the post:
With the 1.9 patch came the schematic for the Tranquil Mechanical Yeti. However, Alliance Engineers have a hard time making said Yeti because on of the ingredients is a Quest drop for a Horde Only Quest.
Yes, I know I can buy it on the Winterspring AH, but the Horde on my server are never selling any...
At level 300 engineer, about the only useful thing I make are my own bullets. Occasionally, I get to make a field repair bot... Engineers are already gimped by the fact that we can't sell most of our creations because the users have to be Engineers themselves to use the darn things. Must we suffer the embarrassment of not being able to collect our own ingredients, too?

Ammendment: Some replied to first post before it was deleted and suggested that the drop and/or schematic would get updated in the 1.10 patch...[ post edited by Hefty ]

This is changing in 1.9.3, actually, to require an item available to both sides.
