In order to alleviate traffic during peak times on Mug'thol, we'll be opening up character transfers to Archimonde starting on Wednesday, February 8 at 3:00 AM PST. Players on this realm will have until Friday, February 10 at 3:00 PM PST to complete the transfer of their characters from Mug'thol to Archimonde.
Character transfers are available Monday thru Friday from 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST. If you're interested in transferring your characters from Mug'thol to Archimonde, please follow the link below.

Now archimode can transfer off.
So I called back and asked why one 1 of the 8 servers an go back and was told - ummmm no server is being transferred.
Get your lies straight people.

Here is a response from our Phone Technical Support Supervisor:
Calling Technical Support will not get you the latest, most up to date information about any in game or server related issues. That is why we (Technical Support) suggest you check the website and forums for any breaking news. Most of the time information is released to the Technical Support department at the same time it is released to the public. Especially in cases where such information is released immediately after it is decided upon, as it was in this case.
In your contact with Technical Support, you were given the most up to date information that Technical Support had at the time. This post was made by Eyonix a mere 5 minutes prior to your call. I am sorry you feel you were lied to, but again, Technical Support could not address your issue in the first place. All we could do was explain the current policy of not allowing transfers back to an original realm.
As you have seen, posting complaints to the forums does get results. Calling Technical Support for these types of issues really does get you no where, as all we can do is pass along the same information that is being posted to the forums.
