Moiren, FYI, Blood Elves and High Elves are considered two different races. It's true that there's a Blood Elf picture on that page, but if you read on, you'll note that the High Elves in the book are in fact the few elves that did not follow Kael'thas in his pursuit of power. High Elves are indeed a part of the Alliance. ;)
