Hey, just wanted to put something out there in the general forums...
I don't know how many of you read this, but I kinda went on a rampage yesterday, blasting blizzard for doing nothing about the ridiculous hacks and exploits going on.
Well, the proof of the error of my ways is right there on the main page.
Blizzard banned thousands of accounts that were hacking and exploiting.
Blizzard, from the very depths of my soul, I offer a sincere apology.
She lives to serve...

We're not always able to reveal the specifics of our methods, procedures, or plans designed to address player concerns regarding hacking and cheating in World of Warcraft. While this truth can at times be frustrating for both us, and the player, it's necessary in order optimize our efforts in combating this particular avenue of in-game abuse. We're also very pleased with the support we've received concerning this subject, from our players.
We have multiple teams dedicated to fighting the good fight - to keep World of Warcraft void of hacks and cheats, and fair for all players.
