Subject: About the +10% int for gnomes...
So I got the game a little bit ago and I didn't read the booklet because I played the game before. But, after a month, I found it laying somewhere and I looked into it just for fun. I got the the gnome section and it talked about the Gnomeregan incident.

So take this:
We have a city underneath the ground, instead of an open area, and have an infestation problem with troggs. So why not poor tons upon tons of chemicals into the city in hopes to kill the troggs. But, oh no! Since troggs are humaniods like us were dying form the same toxic chemical.

WTF! The gnomes poor toxic chemicals in an underground facility is stupid enough, but then still live in it and breath it in is even worse.

I guess i can understand that, because of their size, they lack the neccissary warriors to keep the troggs at bay, but staying in the chemicals while its being released is even more stupid.

The gnomes poor toxic chemicals into an undergound facility and then live in it is completely idiotic and stupid and yet they get +10% int bonus. If it were up do me then the gnomes should get -10% int for their stupidity in the first place.

If you look at it a bit, why in the hell are gnomes even in the game anyways. I mean the story of the orcs is that they came from a portal to azeroth and fought the humans bla bla bla. And a troll villiage was whiped out so now they are seeking revenge. The Dwarves had it just as bad with the humans when it came to the orcs. The NE (even though they are hippies) are getting revenge on the destruction of the world tree and, therefore, their immortality. The tauren have one of the best reasons to be in the game, i mean, they are fighting for their home in durator, not conquering the whole world. the undead are trying to gain their own independance and make some type of home for themselves.

The gnomes though...they utterly destroy their capitol and, therefore fled to Ironfoge and should be in the game. And what is even worse, is that they want to retake the toxic infested home back. Why not just create a new one? No, that woudl be too smart for them.

I do give them credit for their engineering, creating gnomregan so far underneith the ground and making a tram that goes from one capitol to another...completely underground is pretty damn cool. (how it travels through some random water spot though I have no idea)

But still, that is not enough for them to get +10% int...it doesnt make any sense whatsoever. You should jsut take that away and give them an ability to grow to the size of dwarves for ten seconds or something.

Heh....stupid gnomes...when will they learn...toxic chemicals are for adults only.

Intellegence and common sense are two different things. Evidence of such is presented daily. ;)

Q u o t e:
Spelled intelligence.

you obviously aren't a gnome.

Edit: If someone else already caught it.. sorry.. i didn't read anything past page 1.

My response was more than just text, friend. It offered something hidden for those with "intelligence", and those with "common sense".
