Wanted to know if this is actually sponsored by Blizzard or if this is a scam for info or what....I don't trust anything anymore, and without any artwork on this, it didn't really look for real.

Our goal at Blizzard Entertainment is to make the best games possible,so we want to get your feedback as a registered user of World of Warcraft. We invite you to participate in an online survey where your responses will help us determine which areas to focus our attention in the coming months.
You must be 13 years of age or older to fill out the questionnaire.
PRIZE: Everyone who qualifies and completes a survey before the survey closes will be entered in a prize drawing where one (1) qualified entrant will receive a one-year free subscription to World of Warcraft.
