I saw a player with these two previously unknown bufs - well unknown to me anyway. They are amazing!
Mol'dar's Moxie - increases overall Stamina by 15%!
Slip'kik's Savvy - increases chance to crit with spells by 3%.
These are astonishing for a Warlock with Epic gear.
So the question I have is "Where/how do I get these bufs?" I can't find them listed in the forums. Thotbot mentions their existence but no other details. I doubt the person is a hacker but ya never know.
Can anybody provide details?

To be fair to the OP, Warlocks don't have as much of a loot reason to run DM as they would Scholo or Strat. While there are some decent items to be had there, it is also possible to pass over it if you are going for your blue set.
