Druids can heal.
Druids can DPS.
Druids can tank.
The Druid's MAIN job is to fit their given situation by doing what is most needed at that given time.
All else is preference.
It's dark.

Yes, I am sure about both the tank and DPS comments.
They can do it.
Note I did not, in any way, shape, or form, mention that they are the best at it.
I've seen Druids do well in tanking both ZG and MC, in given situations.
I've seen Druids do great DPS in given situations.
It's situational.
That is what the Druid class is all about.
(My Druid was Feral, then Restoration, then Balance, then Restoration. I've bounced around a bit, but regardless of spec, I do what I can based on the situation I'm in.)
It's dark.
