There is no long 'e' sound in Ahn'Qiraj, Gareethos, no matter how much you may desire there to be. Honestly, it's more of a schwa (as in kər), but I was lazy. :P

Ah as in on, not apple. :) If you just put an o there in such pronunciation guides, you get questions about short or long o's; that's why I didn't use it. :P

Yes, I know how the dictionary spells the pronunciation, and I don't pronounce azure any differently than that.
Seriously, take a moment. Say "Azyer". The z and y are probably going to run together naturally, as in "azure", unless you force them apart with deliberate enunciation.
I am sorry I didn't use the "zh" standard, if you care a great deal about that. :P

I'm not going to trust a salesman. In any case, I was told shaman can be pronounced two different ways, and to look it up in the dictionary as proof. The same dictionary says "Azure" is pronounced "Ajh-er," (according to the pronounciation keys) so logically, Cay pronounces it wrong.
Also, please understand that I was raised in the deserts of Nevada, where the short 'a' rules the land and strange pronunciations abound. I am sorry if my personal pronunciation of the word "azure" doesn't jive with your own -- while I avoided most travesties of English mangling, occasionally an odd twang gets through. :P That's why I put "Azure" there in its entirety.[ post edited by Caydiem ]
