If I log off or switch characters, does an open ticket go away?
I've already talked to a fellow, and he said a 'specialist' would contact me in a bit. Its been like 4 hours, and I'm tired. But I don't want to have to start the process again tomorrow (or today as the case may be).

Do these specialists not work weekends?
If you are involved with specialists, that tends to be a more involved process. If you are looking for the restoration of an item or some-such thing, investigation can take some time. Be patient, they will get back to you.
