I subscribed last month on the 11th. Right after I subscribed I used "cancel" the account button so I wouldn't be rebilled. So one month later it would be November 11th, 1 free day, I would be billed on November 12th. Which I was, but WHY WHEN I ALREADY CANCELED IT SO I WOULDN'T BE BILLED THIS MONTH? I just canceled it AGAIN right now. Can you stop my account + give me a refund please?
