	Knowing that you intend to remove the capability of CoE and CoS to reduce a NPCs resistances below zero, do you also intend to remove the functionality of certain NPCs (IE certain Core Hounds in MC) to reduce PC resistances below zero? I am the bringer of thread-doom

	My understanding is that resistance debuffs by anyone or anything should not reduce resistances below zero. However, I would like to clarify this (for myself and you :)) In other news, the sky is falling.
