Subject: How do the CMs select a post to reply to?
Im not entirely sure what the CM job description is, but it seems a bit strange. I see countless posts that are indepth, constructive and valid. Talking about a number of issues that need work. And yet they almost never get a blue response. This however has been changing of late with the introduction of Tseric, props to him.

The irony is the posts that the CMs choose to reply to. Every day I look on the forums I see a many posts that go something along the lines of ...

"Hey what do you guys think of red shoes?!!!"

Fang: "murlocs dont wear shoes etc etc ..."

Eyonix: "I love red shoes, all my characters wear red shoes."

Caydien: "5000000 lines of lore relating to red shoes. "

Its not a once off thing either, look at the general forums at any time and chances are the posts with blue responses will be complete nonsense. Sure part of the forums is for interest posts and non-serious posts, thats fine, but the CMs should not waste their time responding to them. Rather go into the class forums and look for posts that are constructive and can add to the quality of the game. Just my 2cents, flame away.

Everyone has their own ideas of what a "critical" post is.

We'll not get to everyone's posts, and some, while a player may consider critical, just aren't to the general population. We may also have answered the same question in another thread.

For example, I just read 2 threads with the word "MVP" in the title, and one was referring to the priest class, and the other to GM response times.

Fairly random for distribution for supposedly having the same topic, don't you think?

And the posts we do make may be seen by some posters as a very important response.

Also, it depends on when you catch us, weekends is generally slower and we do more of the "casual" posting, and the weekdays is when a lot of the game related answers can be given, due to having the devs in the office as well.
