Well, Carpe Diem simply means "seize the day"..

...but my continued use of "Oh Captain My Captain" around the office would indicate that I know precisely what you're talking about, yes. ;)
Carpe Caydiem.
Seize the Cay.

Q u o t e:
Lovely Caydiem,

There must be verb-subject agreement.

"Carpe" is the imperative form of the verb "carpere" (meaning to pluck or snatch)so the proper name must also reflect that imperative. Worse still however is the fact that Caydiem is a masculine name aligned with a female persona. The situation indeed is grim.

Given the present conundrum, the closest we can manage is "Carpe Caydia"

Of course, all this is moot if we are dealing with pig-Latin.

Regards

Alia iacta est!

"Caydiem" is a proper noun, not meant to be Latin -- however, if we're regarding masculinity, note that my icon is masculine as well. I did that on purpose to mask my gender at the start... of course, when Block introduced me as "she", all my carefully laid plans fell to ruin. ;)
Carpe Caydiem.
Seize the Cay.
