   Weather isn't a joke, unless I was hallucinating when I saw it and played with it in-house.

Okay, I suppose I should say a little more than that. Speaking from both a gaming and art background, I really dig the weather effects I've seen. They fit well into the existing game world -- they don't seem out of place at all. They're also very pleasing to the eye and really add a lot to the atmosphere and character of various areas in the game. :)

   It's not an expansion feature, I'll say that. ;)

I believe there will be a toggle for it, also, for those who don't want to see it for a variety of reasons.
