	Unless it is stated otherwise, the Tuesday maintenance will still take place. Restarts generally do not take more than thirty minutes to complete, so they do not take the place of the Tuesday maintenance. Free the Murlocs!

	Since the restarts took place across the realms, everyone is trying to log back in right now. When this many people try to log in at once, the authentication process can take a bit longer than normal. As people start logging in, the delay will be reduced until it is back to normal. Free the Murlocs!
