How are emailed reports of abuse reported to the CMs handled, and in what time frame? Are there fewer CMs on duty during Blizzcon?
I have been monitoring multiple threads in the off topic forum today that blatantly violate the forum Terms of Use. This has been going on for hours, and only one of three most offensive threads has been deleted by the CMs.
All generalizations are wrong.

The amount of time it takes for a post to be dealt with depends on the number of reports we get per day. Some days, we get many, many reports so it takes longer to get through them all. Other times a moderator happens across the post without it being reported and takes care of it right away.
