Many guilds go into UBRS to mind control an NPC nearby the zoneline, and then use that NPC to cast a fire resistance buff on the entire raid party. This buff lasts for 1 hour and I think its about 85 FR.
Most members do this prior to the ragnaros fight. Ragnaros is entire FR based, and this makes the encounter a little more liveable :).
My guild is currently attempting Ragnaros, and we'd like to know if this is considered an exploit. We don't want to break any rules, we're an honorable guild who follows the rules.
Please give a quick response if you can.
