H = Horde, A = Alliance obviously.
Does he? I haven't played TFT in a while, and I never got the story down. But why would he murder the races with a common enemy, the Scourge?

Yah, I think at this point Illidan is pretty much against anyone who stands in his way. One of the later quests in the game gives a brief glimpse into his sanity (or lack there-of), and he has an altered state of reality right now. As for what will happen in the future, we can only wait and see.
