Thank you for "ninja"-releasing new servers when Fangtooth was so adament about not releasing anymore servers. Thank you for wasting my time leveling on an already dead server when I could have had a fresh start on a new server. Thank you blizzard, thank you Fangtooth. You are an awesome community manager!

If you notice the dates of the posts, you will notice that up until Caydiem's post today my information was consistent. As soon as we heard about the new realms, we let you know.

Understand that we (the Community Team) were somewhat blindsided by this. Fangtooth and I were both operating under what we've been told -- but there was a decision made at some point yesterday (that we were not immediately privy to) to bring up new realms.
Please do not fault Fangtooth in this. He was as unaware of these coming up as I. We recognize that this is a failure in internal communication -- things moved very quickly this time -- and will do everything we can to ensure it does not happen again.
Carpe Caydiem.
Seize the CM.
