I have a simple question but one that is important to me. I would Very much like to know if blizz is still making new servers and most importantly when.
I would very much like to play on a "fresh" server where everyone isn't already lvl 60. Also b/c everyone isn't already set in their wayz, in other words i can actually effect change in the way things are done. Or it's atleast a possibility...
My question is are there going to be more new servers and is there a way to find out when they are coming out?

We do not have any new realms planned for the immediate future, and most likely wont as long as there are still low population realms out there.
