We are aware of the queue and lag issues occurring on several realms such as Warsong and Skullcrusher. Our team is looking into the situation, as well as preparing a more long-term solution for the issues.
As a reminder, spamming the forums does nothing but get your forum privileges suspended. The server technicians are always here and watching the realms -- they don't need us to report the situation. You may make one thread to discuss the situation on your realm, but further threads will be deleted and the posters actioned appropriately. In the case of queues, there is nothing we can do immediately to resolve the situation -- we are working on solutions for you, but they take time. Spamming does nothing to hurry that up -- it only obscures the conversation occurring on the General Forum and adds up on your forum violation notes.

We're sick of of stop-gap solutions like restarting the server - we, as paying customers, *demand* a permanent fix, something you have been unable to provide througout the summer, and now beyond.
Your primary problem is people.
There are a lot of people playing on your realms causing the queues and some of the lag. We're doing what we can on our end to get a solution in place for your particular realms -- as well as a few others having similar problems -- but that's not something we can immediately set up. Just be patient with us a little while longer and you'll get your reprieve.

And yes, I do realize that Blizzard doesn't differentiate the servers by time zone anymore, but between you, me and the rats in the walls... there is a difference. *wink* Some of us have been on Warsong from the beginning and clearly remember that is was an EST server.
Here's the thing.
They base their choices on population first, location second. A transfer to another East Coast realm isn't going to do you any good if it's also highly populated. As such, there may be some cross-time zone transfers offered, and that should be a factor when you make your decision to transfer. Ideally we'd keep it within the same time zone, but that isn't always possible.

I've already stated that it's first-come, first-serve. I would suggest gearing your guild up for it now, explaining that a transfer is coming and they'll NEED to transfer as soon as possible in the given window. Provided your guild members are all active, there shouldn't be a problem.
