I'm getting to the end game soon enough and want to start on the easier ones. Can someone rank the late game instances starting with ST? (which I've tried to do 4 times and it fizzles out each time with a wipe or something)

The order of difficulty varies from person to person, and group to group, but the lists listed above seem accurate in my opinion.
If you get into a group that plays together regularly, you will get to know each other's play styles. The same goes for running the same dungeon over and over again, with the same group. You will learn the encounters, learn what each member must do, and they will become as close to easy as you can get!
