So I find a BOE blue item from UD Strath, and after the raid I put it up on the AH in Og. It sells for 80g during the night. How do I know that gold will stay with me and won't dissapear since I don't know who buys or how they got the gold?
My worry is that because I use the AH a lot I wil l get my mount items and then one day start to go on my quest and find my items and gold gone because some jack@ss had originally bought my AH items with bought gold.
Edit: Or worse I find a Krol blade and sell it for 800g and buy an epic mount then log in to find my mount and gold gone...will I get the Kroll blade back? WOuld I get my AH items back?[ post edited by Diamongreyus ]

You are extrapolating too much. A reasonable purchase on the auction house is a reasonable purchase on the auction house. Gold sellers/buyers commonly exchange gold through different means, which is what is primarily at issue.
In addition, while money trails can be followed, context is also created in an investigation. It is not enough to say "That money came from a gold buyer! Ban everyone who touches the dirty money!". Quantities and methods of transmission are taken into account.
Your example does not fit into the example provided, as you are neither the compromised account, the seller, or the buyer. The ABC example indicates items/gold in possession of account C, not of account D, who may have had a one-time, minor exchange with account C.

your post answered neither of these questions and in my opinion was formulated to smoke them.
Cases vary, so will outcomes. However, if player A bought 1000g from a gold seller, then spent 800g on a Krol Blade, it is more likely that the Krol blade and 200g would be removed. The auction house player would not likely be involved.
Please read my original post more carefully, as I did attempt to explain a complicated and hypothetical situation as clearly as possible. It is not our staff's intention to penalize players who engage in legitimate transactions through the auction house.
