What ever happened to these? How many games have epic quests that you pretty much work on from lvl 1 to the lvl cap. Wow only has class quests that involve low level skills/spells and maybe an item or two if you are a warrior/pally. So why not implement a hero epic quest for each class. They do not have to be uber high, but my 60 pally sits with all greens cause i have no intention of doing raids with her. I got the best armor and weapon i could find and i bet they are all under lvl 56. Why isnt there some quests where when you hit endgame you have some endgame equipment, id doesnt have to be a full set or be a true epic, but i wish i got something when i did 60 and completed a long chain of quests. I hit 60 and the only thing that changed for me was i dont get experience anymore. You hit 60 and there you are with the same equipment youve been using since 53... and now im expected to use my 60 in BG (if pvp is your thing) but my greens are no match for anyone who has epics of decent quality. Blue made the distinction for BG that only 60s can play, but whats the difference between a 60 with no epics and a lvl 59.... the 60 doesnt get xp, but they have the same equipment, but now my 60 has to play with people who are gonna hammer me down, boy that makes BG desirable. And then there are raids, well pooh on that.
So why were class (hero) quests left out of WoW? Was it looked at and abandoned? Was it just to late to add them? I mean my non-epic 60 feels pretty left out on a lot of things.

In an upcoming patch, some class specific quests will be added in. They will require your character to be towards the end of her development.
