OK,
I am a fury warrior. I weild a Eskhander's Claw (Mainhand) and The Lobotimizer (offhand) right now. They are 1.5 speed and 1.8 speed respectively. This post can really apply to anyone using fast weapons. Here are my questions.
1) Are both lifesteal and Crusader Proc's per minute (PPM)?
2) If so, does anyone know what the PPM on each actually is?
3) I assume lifesteal will outheal crusader while crusader will outdamage lifesteal. Is that correct or not?
4) Is lifesteal actually a flat % chance of proccing or is it really PPM?

All procs are frequency based on attacks landed per minute.
