WoW BlueTracker: All ae spells interrupt in AB but this, blue?

	How come every single aoe spell out there interrupts flag catching, except paladins concecrate? I dont see any reason why that one shouldn't interrupt as well. It does damage and thus should interrupt just like shaman totems, mage aoe etc.
