Subject: 3AM Server Shutdowns
I can understand that Blizzard sees the larger player base as their bread and butter, and patrons from Singapore, Australia, New Zealand are more viewed as bastard children. Why not attempt to treat all your patrons with some version of consideration and fairness. We pay the same as everyone so why do we get poked in the eye with a burning stick.

Instead of 3AM - 11 AM maintenance why not 5AM - 1PM?

We have had this discussion before. The reason we decided on this time is because out of all our player base, this is the time when the least amount of people are online. We know that it is not the ideal time for everyone, but we do our best to reduce down time for as many players as possible.
