	Ig have to say my fav is GM Chrono, aside from haveing a cool name, this was a GM that actually gave me a non-standard and helpful response! 1.didnt recite the "sorry for the inconvience", 2.treated me like an individual person, not just a number on his/her list -Luck- Contrast betwen expectations and results.
