this is ONLY for cloth damage casters(warlocks/mages).
We get wtf pwned by melee often anyway
give us a base 15% chance for our spells not to get interrupted during casting.
often, even if we do get the bolt or etv off, we still end up dying.
its nothing great, but its something =/

There are some talents that make it difficult to interrupt you during spell casting in game right now. Some of the talents give you up to a 70% change to ignore interrupts, and others make the spells have an instant cast time.
