Subject: 1.8 Patch Notes - Clarification necessary
   If you take a look at the patch notes from 1.8 off the test server download, there's a bit that is as follows:

Ambush - Now uses normalized attack power.

Backstab - Now uses normalized attack power.

Sinister Strike - Now uses normalized attack power.

Now, being a sensible person, I'm assuming this is just a poorly worded explanation for what happened to our instants given the normalized SPEED used in calculations. However, these notes could easily be interpreted as rogue specials using a set attack power in their calculation as well as speed. Clarification might be wise.

   Normalized is the equivalent of the fixed number in Eyonix's sticky post.
