Subject: Account Compromised,I dont understand email??

Q u o t e:
When an account is reported as "stolen" or its security appears to have been compromised, the World of Warcraft Customer Support Staff will disable access to the account while we conduct an investigation. Once we are confident that account access privileges have been restored to the registered user (and only the registered user), we will enable access to the account."

To have something notarized is to have it certified with a stamp by a Notary Public. These fine, public officials can be found in a phone book. This is required to validate any information you may fax the account admin team. I would recommend making a light-toned, legible copy, so when it is faxed it can still be legible. Faxing can degrade imagery.
