I'll keep it simple: I have all 9 signatures, but when I press "Register a Guild Charter", it does nothing at all.
Note: I changed the name of the guild on the charter after purchase. I am trying to register the guild in the Undercity. Are either of these factors?
What's wrong? Anybody know?

You should try registering the original name, and make sure the charter is in your main back pack. Also, make sure that no one who signed the charter signed another guild charter after signing yours.
