Today this NE hunter crits me for 2500, WHile hes cloaked from an easy max range.
I did get his picture as my target but i couldnt find him. before there pets would give it away but today his pet was cloaked.
Then next thing i knew his pet dashes in and with concusion shot i wasnt able to get to him. I tried to fear his pet but with the pets insane attack speed and hunter wailing on me i couldnt get a single fear off, a 1.5sec cast.
a 2500 stealthed range attack is just to much to recover from. The start of AIm shot should break Shadow Meld.

I can certainly address the concerns and issues brought up in this thread. As it stands, this could be regarded as nothing more than good application of racial/class abilities. I will look into the matter and provide some feedback.

At this time, the limitations (particularly on movement) with Shadowmeld provide enough restriction to make attacking initially from a stealthed, immobile position acceptable. The analogy comparing it to an Invis/Pyroblast scenario is not accurate due to much fewer limitations on invisibility during that period.
Doesn't it make sense that a hunter could wait patiently for its prey, then pounce at the opportune moment? After that, the fight is on. Providing an element of surprise doesn't appear to "imbalance" the situation, in our estimation.
