But you won't respond to issues with the honor system and stealth changes....
You won't respond to PvPers about honor lost other then sorry for the inconvenience.
You won't respond to obvious exploits in BG like the palli shield lag issue or the gate in AB.
Maybe you can respond to this-
What the hell are you guys thinking and where are your priorities? You got the only new tech game in town and people will put up with alot when it doesn't have options.
What are you going to do when they have options? Poor CS is what makes people move as soon as they get the chance and people remember getting screwed a hell of alot better then they remember he small gestures.

We respond to what we can respond to. Heavy-hitting issues take time to clear with other people, whereas we have the BlizzCon information readily available. It takes time to address some of these issues, and we do have restrictions on what we can and cannot say.

There is little feedback because you are limited. But even factless feedback would let us know somebody noticed.
We did, once upon a time. What ended up happening is that players would spam the forum and those threads seeking similar confirmation for their particular issue -- however large or small -- and we found little time to post anything of actual substance due to the fact that we were too busy posting assurances. ;)
