Hi, i have had my limit on restorations for my account ( for those that want to say anything about it here is my answer...friends always wanting to change faction and can't stick to there characters and i stupidly follow plz read the *STUPIDLY* part >.< ) and well i have e-mailed the GM's called and did whatever but no response on this question: Does each count only have a certain amount of restorations in a time period OR is it for the whole time of the account. with that being said does this mean the character i am trying to get back is lost forever?

The whole time the account is active. When it's marked down, it never goes away.
