I am assuming this occured in game. Every account needs to have a valid email address registered to it, for the purpose of correspondence with the support staff. I would recommend updating your account info and requesting the email be resent from the account administrators.

My apologies, but it seems you have a bit of a catch-22. When your account is suspended, all access is closed, even account management. Therefore, you won't be able to receive the email, unless you know what the address on the account is already.
I might send an email to account administration explaining the situation and have them direct you towards that information.
