	In Earth & Beyond they held 2 DEV chats a month. Each one was organized by a 3rd party site and one was always about the up coming patch/under development and the other was just questions in general. It was great to hear from the devs them selves. We knew who the lead was for each area. So we could say to the specific dev during chat: When will new recipes from TM and TB be put in for engineering with no middle man. It would be nice to have bi weekly or even weekly chats with at least 1 dev.
