CMs don't care about the players, not you, not me, not anyone - only our money.
So when you wish you had a CM for a friend, you might as well wish you had a thousand green Andrew Jacksons as friends.
CMs are players of the game who see the issues just as you do and have many friends -- people, that is, not dollars -- that have invested much into playing this game. These people naturally have opinions and share them. It is relatively easy, therefore, to extend that understanding of where players stand and how they feel to all players.
We're human, and we're players just like you.
