All the additions and planned updates sound very enticing, but I am slightly confused:
How many of the mentioned additions were specific ONLY to the WoW expansion (which, I am assuming, is an additional fee)?
There were things mentioned -- like RAID content and world events -- that are obviously patches like we are used to. But what new features are to be considered "expansion only?"

Nothing specific about the expansion was mentioned, I believe. Ahn'Qiraj, the dragons, the world events... that's all content up and coming.

Don't imply what I don't outright say. That's where "THE CMs LIED!" posts start. :P
I don't know whether or not they'll be in the expansion.
