After reviewing the new Battle Plan 2, which I am very excited about and happy we were informed of, I was reminded of a post (I believe by Caydiem, in the Druid forum in response to the 1.8 fake notes) by a CM noting that no new Raid zones would be added in 1.8.
I cannot access that forum at the moment, so I am unable to confirm if this is what was actually said, but now the Battle Plan information notes that Ahn'Qiraj will be open upon release of 1.8.
Is this true? Did I misread the response, or are we actually now getting this area as of 1.8?

Ah, actually, it's Silithus content that's coming in 1.8 -- Ahn'Qiraj will be out later. I'm aware it's somewhat ambiguous in the way it's stated in the battle plan.

Q u o t e: Eeeeexcellent.
And you should edit that to be SOUTHERN Silithus.
The big area in the Temple in the back of the zone will be something else entirely, I expect. Probably the home of the Queen of the Quraji or whatever they're called.
Why should I edit it to reflect what isn't so, Ghostwalka? I said Silithus, I meant Silithus. ;)

Q u o t e: Caydiem,
That Battleplan says that there is no plan to improve the Warlock class. You might not intend to add or improve the Warlocks but you NEED to fix the current bugs and glitches. Don't you agree that if you did fix these bugs it would improve the class so you didn't have to improve the skills?.
Bugs are not included in that sort of assessment. Shane was referring to balance changes to the classes. Naturally bugs will continue to be worked on regardless of class.
