Hello. I want a worg mount badly, and as an undead i know i need to work hard to get the reputation I need.
Any suggestion about what I can do now to help boost my rep? Am I supposed to be on the lookout for any quest given by an Orc?
Also what kind of cloth should I be saving for donation, and where are good places to grind for it?

The best thing to do as an Undead, is head over to The Den as soon as you create your character. Work on all the Orgimarr quests from the get go, because Undead start off lower in faction with everyone but Undercity.
For the cloth turn in quest, find the NPC in Orgrimarr and he will tell you what he is looking for.[ post edited by Fangtooth ]
