Im shure many of you allready know this but you can ask blizz any question and they never have a clear answer for you, its allways it will be looked into or we are working on it. Whats the point in doing a harrasment gm ticket if all u get back is : thank you for your concern this will be looked into and investigated yet nothing happens or changes. can u plz just tell ppl now to stop asking crap your never gonna get the answer you want or when u want it. so ppl will stop posting asking the same thing

Many issues that are reported are unable to be acted on right away. In cases of harassment, for example, the player must be caught in the act. If we took everyone's word about other players harassing them, there would be no players left because people would report anyone for any reason.
In cases of reported hacking or other ways of cheating, they must also be investigated. Often times players accused of hacking or cheating are suffering from latency which shows them behaving strangely on your screen. That is not always the case, but that does happen.
If you feel that issues you report are not being taken care of, please let the GM department know by emailing wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com.
