I'd be interested in seeing Rogue talent trees changed, not necessarily buffed but more versatile and with a little more organization.
Most classes' trees specialize them somehow, and are a major defining point in the way the character plays - Hunters, Mages, Priests, Warriors, and Druids' play styles are vastly different depending which tree they choose. Rogues choose between Daggers and Swords/Maces, and Cold Blood and Preperation.

All class talents (which haven't already) will be receiving improvements, however, Rogue talents are further down the line than most. The next two are Druids and Paladins seeing as they currently need the most attention.
