Bottom line: Caydiem you didn't need to answer to this, even if it makes some feel fuzzy with attention given to them.


Heh, I see someone remembers my loopy 24-hour shift last week. :D

While the techs do know, there are times when the post in Realm Status shows up later (due to information gathering) and there's no real way to tell if we "know" due to the way the Realm Status page functions. Because of this, there is a perception that we have no idea (which is untrue) and thus these posts appear. When I can, I let folks know that we are in fact aware of the situation. That's what communication's all about. ;)
