Subject: Fishing Derby - 2-4pm = sux for workers
I'm sure that many of your users are high-school and college kids that may be able to play WoW in the early afternoon, but what about all us working stiffs that can't log-on until the 5pm whistle blows?

Why not hold the event in the evenings when a larger percentage of your customer base can participate??

Or is it too late to consider another format. Rather that "1st to fish up x fish in 2 hours", how about a format that resembles an actual RL fishing tournament - a 24 hour event rewarding the largest fish in each category. You already have such fish in the game - 17lb cats, etc. Just add more. That'd give ALL fisherman at least SOME chance at competing.

I love to fish in the game, and hope I get a chance to participate, but if it's 2-4pm, I'm S.O.L.
Slow painful death or REALLY slow painful death?

I suggest you wait and see its implementation. It's not happening every day. ;)
